Todd E. White is a native of Wyoming and a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969, including with the 125th Transportation Command while deployed to Vietnam. He spent 29 years with the Wyoming Department of Transportation, retiring in 2007 as the District Finals Engineer.

William R. (Bob) Wallace was born in Seattle, Washington. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard until his retirement. Upon retirement, he was employed by The American Legion, Department of Washington as the Department Service Officer, where he served for 17 years.
Wallace was elected to the position of Department Commander 2004-2005, and to the position of Alt. National Executive Committeeman where he is presently serving. He has been a member of the System Worth Saving Team for the previous 2 years.

Upon retirement from active military service, Mr. Rourk attained a position as an Employment Coordinator in the St. Lawrence County Office of Economic Development for six years and was appointed to position as the Director of the St. Lawrence County Veteran Service Department in 1997 from where he retired December 31, 2010.

Ms. Vickie. D.S. Dikes is the commander of the largest American Legion Post in the state of Georgia, Samuel G. Cooke, American Legion Post 267, Inc., Columbus, GA.
Ms. Dikes is a native of Thomaston, Georgia. She served in the United States Army from September 1976 to February 2004; rising from Private to Command Sergeant Major and has served in a variety of NCO leadership positions and assignments in the Adjutant General Corps.

Ralph Bozella is a 38-year member of The American Legion. He is a retired educator who advocates for veterans. Ralph has served The American Legion in leadership capacity at the post, district, department and national levels, to include post commander, department commander and is current National Executive Committeeman for the Department of Colorado, and a member of the National Legislative Council. He was appointed by two governors and is on his third term as a member of the Colorado Board of Veterans Affairs where he has served as chairman for six years. He is the current President for the United Veterans Committee of Colorado, a coalition of 52 Veteran Service Organizations that advocate for Colorado veterans. He has also served as Chairman of the first Colorado State Veterans Nursing Home Commission.

Jacob B. Gadd was appointed Deputy Director of The American Legion's Veteran Affairs and Rehabilitation (VA&R) Division in June, 2010. He is responsible for overseeing five national field service representatives that conduct site visits of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Facilities in conjunction with The American Legion's "System Worth Saving" Program. The site visits are compiled into the "System Worth Saving" Publication which is submitted annually to the White House, Congress, VA officials and fellow legionnaires regarding the status of VA healthcare. Mr. Gadd also provides veterans analysis, advocacy and training on all Veterans Health Administration (VHA) trends and policies.

Warren J. Goldstein joined The American Legion in January of 2011. Currently, Warren serves as a National Field Service Representative; his area of responsibility includes Veterans Integrated Service Network's 6, 15, 18, 22, and 23. Warren will be conducting site visits in FY 2011 to the various Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical facilities in conjunction with the American Legion's "A System Worth Saving" Program. Warren's collateral duties for the American Legion include the National Cemetery Administration, Third Party Billing, Advisory Committee on Structural Safety of VA Facilities, Advisory Committee on Rehabilitation, Advisory Council on National Research, and Research Advisory Committee on Gulf War Veterans.

In her position, she acts as liaison for the "System Worth Saving" project, assists in the production of the annual System Worth Saving Guide, and handles the distribution of all Veteran Affairs and Rehabilitation brochures and pamphlets.

Warren's collateral duties for the American Legion include the VA Advisory Committee on Structural Safety of VA facilities, VA Advisory Committee on Former Prisoners of War, VA Advisory Committee on Genomic Medicine Program and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center Deployment Health Clinic Briefing. Steven also serves as a Mentor with the Marine Mentor Program.
